I cannot say enough good about IronClad Innovations in Wilmington- great place. The use a machine and laser the pattern in for a consistent pattern that isn’t too deep. Good people.

Edit - just pulled this out of the holster- it is dirty and dusty from not being cleaned after the last 3 matches. But I tried to get a close up of the pattern

If you just want an undercut you could do it with a dremmel. And some fine grit sanding after.
