I may be interested. A few folks down Shallotte way were discussing a meet and greet too.
 
If timing works out I’d would be down for a meet up.

Hey I'm in Shallotte and willing. Sounds good to me start throwing out places and dates see what sticks.
 
Put us on hold for 14 days....
Possible exposure to covid. on the 15th.
I was going g to cook up a big batch of deer meat cubed for Country Style Steak and Gravy for 3 neighbors today for dinner when I got the message of possible exposure.
Luckily I had just set the meat out at 11 am so it's safe to go back in the freezer.
See ya"ll in 2 weeks.

People with the shot are catching the rona again, or so they say.
My wife like you has been jabbed but I have not.
I suspect I had a very mild case in late February 2020 it no real proof I have antibodys. It could of been a Flu but I was over it in 3 days. I never had a flu that was that short. I do know people who had the Ronald and felt ok in 3-4 days without any treatment. My son in law my daughter, and granson all tested positive and felt ok 4 days later.

I hear by my neighbor it's a real tasty place. He says same on pricing.
When I try out a new place I'm hoping for quality food and good service. I tip welling service is good and food isn't.
Wait staff earn every dime you leave most times.

Did you ask about being a small group by chance.
My Gun toting Neighbor will join us, he's 78 and no longer does a computer, smart phone etc. He just bought himself another 22lr to target shoot with.
 
No I didn't but according to their website they have a private room available. They may let us push a few tables together too. It's not a fancy place by any means. Order your food at the counter, get yourself something to drink (soft drinks and tea) and go sit down. I'm not saying we need to meet there I just mentioned it hoping that it will generate some ideas and discussion.
 
Kick Back Jack's on College rd has really good burgers (at least I think so)

If someone who lives down there in will throw out a few dates then I don't think it will matter where we eat. Lots of good places.

Guys I'd love to do this but..there's always a but. We are still in the 14 day self quarantine from the exposure.

NOT one single bonafide symptom but still in the timeframe until this Sunday coming.
On the 29th we head to Charlotte for the wifes Doctors appointment and follow up from surgery.
We should be back and clear in September after the 7th.
We look forward to meeting everyone in our area. Steve and Vickie

Checked out the menu. How are the wings? Do we need to bring a megaphone or just holler at each other. Sports bars can be a bit loud at times if we end up inside. 😆.
It's hard to get away with a col' beer when you open carry. 🤣
