We're having unusually cold temps here in SETX and may have a chance to have some kind of frozen precipitation Monday and/or Tuesday. So, no better way to beat the cold than with a big ol' pot of vegetable beef soup. I think this is a 5 gallon pot and it's around 3/4 full. Joanne will have me delivering soup to all of the little old ladies around here.
While typing this, we just got an invitation from our niece to come over and have chili for supper. So, looks like the little old ladies will be having soup today and we'll be having ours tomorrow.
