Back in the 90s, I worked in a "record" store. I remember when they came out with the album that became the big hit and we would play it in the store, long before it became popular. On Saturday, my coworker saw that they were playing at a local venue that evening and tickets were something like $12. We almost made a double date of it, but unfortunately we didn't go. They were still pretty much a nobody then.
