Sweet. Once I reached out to Veterans Guardian after running in circles for years, I had a decision in just under 4 months. And i have a decision on my claim from the regional office out here.
Couple deferred issues, but thats on the examiners

How does one get re-evaluated? Is veterans guardians the way to go?
I haven’t been re-evaluated since I got out.
Happy for the OP, sorry for the thread derailment.
Thanks!you can file the paperwork yourself (not recommended)
you can use a vso (county or veterans org ie vfw)
you can use an attorney ($$$ not recommended unless you're fighting a huge appeal)
you can use an org like vet guardians (they wont take your case unless they feel its a winner and will take a percentage of your disability)
Thanks!
