5 acres raw land in Colorado

Early October '18 in Breckenridge, it was sunny & 70 that afternoon & dropped a foot of snow that night. September of last year at the ranch was sunny & 70+ during the day & dropping well below freezing at night.

Yea that weather is nothing like southeastern NC

I love Colorado. Unfortunately so do millions of Californians. Utah is equally if not morw beautiful and they're trying to ruin it too
I moved there after I ets'd in 95. Moderate temperatures, great area, was then good people.

I left in 14 because of Kaliforntication.

I know a guy in California who is in the process of finalizing the sale of his business so he can move to Utah.

.

I’d sell that spread to some dumb ass CA transplant ASAP. They have ruined that once great state. Cash in and get out fast.
Yea for what I paid for it I’ll just hold it. Even if I just use it to put my RV on. That part of Colorado awesome 4miles from Rio Grande national forest and the head waters of the rio grande river. No neighbors for miles for now anyway

Yea we love that area as well maybe some day I’ll hit the lottery and buy a plot in all the places we love and just bounce back and forth lol

He gonna need an oxygen tank at some point.

Breckenridge is at 9600'. In '18, I thought I was just an out of shape fatass, wheezin' after climbing a flight of stairs. Then, my kid girl cousin, who's a complete stud & on the US National women's triathlon team, shows up & says the altitude was kickin' her ass. I didn't feel so bad, since it was kickin' her butt too & after a day or 2, I was GTG, but last year's trip was rough.

I've over nighted at 12,700', but that was almost 40 years ago as a teenager. No way I could hang at that altitude now. Even as a super fit, hard chargin' 31 y/o NCO, 6 weeks at 7500' in Kenya took some gettin' used to. Took a solid 3 to 4 weeks of serious PT to get back into fighting shape at that altitude.

I go skiing in CO with my grandkids. 13k feet + elevation. I'm 60 years old. The trick is to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Chasing the grandkids and their parents down the mountain is loads of fun.

I fell in love with Sand Point Idaho when I went through there a few years ago on a motorcycle trip. Too bad I can't afford any land there!
