What model do you have?
It was great. Way better than Heinz 57 some perverts don't like a little sauce.Steak sauce?
Do you have an after pic when you cooked it?
It's cool. It ain't a bat or anything."Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness."
I have my doubts it reached the minimum safe internal temperature, but I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I was expecting the same but to my delight found encouragement to try steak in the air fryer!I expected him to get flamed for not using charcoal, not for eating it medium rare (as God intended)...... it's like I don't even know ya'll. WTH?

I threw it in a ziplock baggie with some Worcester and balsamic vinaigrette for a few hours. Took it out made sure to get the steak as dry as possible with some paper towels. Then seasoned to Montreal steak seasoning. Preheated the fryer to 390 and put it in for 12-13 minutes. It was a little bigger than most steaks I eat so it took the full time. I like my steaks more medium well but this one tasted pretty dang good.@Cowboy what is your method of air frying? We usually do a pan with lots of butter and I’ve got the timing down. The pan let’s you adjust the heat at different stages. We tried the air fryer and it just didn’t taste right, especially the fat on the steak.
Yes it smokes a good bit so I normally take it outside to the porch for steak, wings. Most other things are perfectly fine.Got to admit, I never would have thought about cooking steak in the air fryer. I like a cast iron skillet on the grill because I can get it super hot without starting a fire on the grill or smoking up the house. Speaking of, does this method make a lot of smoke?
And all of you who said that steak was undercooked just lost your man cards.
Man, you need to cook that thang!!
Awful lot of charcoal for a steak or two!HEATHENS
