Big news from Glock!!!

That is the one we are looking at the 8 passenger version how do you like it
We got the 7 seater. Dealer said the 7 seater is more popular and they order more of them than the 8 seater.

The car is awesome. My wife loves everything about it. I'm glad that she loves it because it's her car. I'm a truck guy.

I like it but i don't love it because I "feel"that it has too many safety features...

I hate to feel the steering wheel move by itself when it thinks I'm too close to the line.

I hate that it beeps and flashes lights at me at the same time (when it thinks I'm changing lanes, but I'm just taking up my whole lane).

You come to a stop, then let off the breaks, but the car doesn't move until you press the gas. It makes me think I'm not in drive even though i am.

I could go on... Too many safety features...

My wife just got our first Subaru.

Holy crap! It's got so many buttons. It's like being in the cockpit of a plane. Cameras pointed in every direction. It steers itself to stay in the lane and it automatically keeps pace with the car in front of you when using cruise control.

Is insane!
Same for RS new Expedition….crazy...……….we tried it on a back road...it works.

Glock is as exciting and revolutionary as Toyota.

Any Toyota owner will understand completely.

Not sure what you are talking about, I mean the Tacoma got a power adjustable driver seat in 2020.... I'm not sure how much more technology you want...lol.

The mentioned trick of seeing the (currently empty) web page for the G44 works:

https://us.glock.com/en/pistols/g44

Gives you an empty page instead of a 404 or another error when picking other random gXX urls.

I looked at the page source for the G17 page and tried to guess at what the .jpg and paths for the G44 page might be but couldn't get any of them to come up. Meh, we'll know in 12 hours! 12 hours!

The only thing that matters is how many cup holders are in the cockpit. ;)

Found it...everyone can sleep soundly tonight...they even made it a pretty Glock too! “Yeet Cannon Glock 1” shoots the monstrous .25 ACP!

What will they think of next?!?! Perfection indeed!!!

Just ignore that Hi Point roll mark on the front of the slide...it was a Glock/Hi Point joint venture and this was an early Beta model!

Get it down at Johnson?

Does that work well? I've been window shopping new trucks.
I've used it to buy the last 4 or 5 new cars for my family. Yes, it has saved us a ton of money.

If you are a USAA member then check their website. Tell it what kind of car you want, and it will tell you which dealer has the best price. Then go there with the printer out of the usaa price... The dealer will honor the price.

It has been super easy and good for me, 4 or 5 times now. I'd never buy a car any other way.

Cool. Thank you.

I've been a member for well over 20 years. I'm usually pretty savvy at getting a good price, but it's kind of a PITA & the less interpersonal interaction at the dealership, the better.

The last 4 or 5 cars in a row, I walked in with a print out that said "usaa sale price". No haggling. No complaining. No nothing.

The USAA price is about $100 over dealer price. You get a hell of a deal. The dealer makes $100. USAA insures a new car at actual value (not $4000 over actual value and then has to pay out more than the car is worth if you crash it). Win win for everybody!

Everybody is happy...

Bet he got the info in a PM...
You're not gonna hear anything from Glock until tomorrow. Between now and then, it's all speculation (including tips on how to save money on cars)... Yes this thread is a little off topic, for now.

But there is no "on topic" until Glick drops the official news tomorrow.

You don't know that... There could be a leak at any moment... Kinda like your Subaru transmission...

No doubt, my wife got a 2019 camry. It has the same kind of features as your Subaru. I think the safety features appeal to the womans need to have a second opinion to validate their opinion. o_Oo_O

Your post makes me wish I could click "like" more than once...

My wife is on her 2nd suburu. Over 400k btwn them with no more than oil changes and xmsn filter/fluid every 75k. Even the heated seats still work!

Back to the legendary news...

Reading comments around the webs... Sounds like my 48-sized 10mm is a popular request...

And if it is a factory Glock in 22lr that's a popular guess/request too even before the article claimed it...

If it’s a .22, it’s a shame it will be made more to “look” like a Glock, and less to be accurate.

That said, if they can invent a quad-stack magazine that holds about a box of ammo.... that’d be pretty cool.

If it's Glock-accurate and functions/feels just like a Glock, I'm good with that.

I'd like an actual Glock with a full sized reciprocating slide and no extra safeties or non-Glock features...

My wild guess is a .22WMR pistol. Soldering iron bonus in box for the first 100 issued.
