Well if I have no clue as to the genetics of homosexuals then I must have no clue about heterosexuls. Pretty simple. Waiting for some serious evidence. But for speices to exist heterosexualsim seems to make sense. Otherwise we don’t make it this far. The dinorsaurs might have outlived us right?

Like I said, if heterosexualism isn’t the natural condition there would be no humans, so my guess based on logic is that would seem to be the way people are programmed. Maybe with some bumps on the head, stoned programmers or good modern pharma things change? Who knows?

No! It must be all or nothing.

This reminds me of the energy argument or others where one side argues for an all or nothing answer. Sometimes there are several answers and causes. Why should we use renewable energies only when we could use them and coal, gas etc. Seems we all search for the answer that makes us warm and fuzzy instead of an actual solution sometimes.
 
I read somewhere that he had been charged with lying to the police some years ago - he gave a false name (his brother's I believe) when arrested for DUI/DWI... surely that has to be taken into consideration? Or am I just living in a dream that celebs will ever be treated the same as regular folks?

No, it is not celebs. It is those with the proper poltical beliefs. Regardless of the facts. It is not even race.

It shows the hypocrisy with "hate crime" laws. It seems to meet some elements of a hate crime (racist and homophobic slurs and what not.) But because it was black folks doing it to other black folks they aren't even thinking of charging him with a hate crime (which he WAS fabricating against himself). IMO a hate crime was committed so he should be charged accordingly.

I was thinking that the hate crime was him filing false reports and faking threats (those are the crimes) in an attempt to increase racial tension and discord between homo’s and hetero’s (there is the intent that adds the hate) for his own gain (throwing this in just cause he’s an ass).

I doubt that was his intent. Like so many self obsessed people he was just looking out for his own interests and not thinking about the larger implications.

I clicked the link above, watched the 91 second video - seemed like the guy was saying that if he got one or all 16 the term would be the same? Did I misunderstand him?

I hope he gets lots of time for this and people realize it's not ok to just blame whites for crap. And though it wont happen, I hope some folks will be more willing to wait for facts to be released before taking a side.

That was all part of the show, get people like me to find out who she is. Everyone has to be represented, guilty or not, the lawyer is charged with protecting the rights of the defendant, no matter how evil they are or terrible their crime(s) may be.

It’s the state of things these days and it’s only going to get worse. They should have let his tail rot in jail. But they are only teaching kids that you can do what you want and there is no consequences.

For the most part, the legal system in this country is for sale. The crown is typically most interested in filling its' coffers. Justice is an afterthought, at best.
 
Waiting to hear more about this. They didn't say he wasn't guilty.
 
Not that I dont think he should rot in jail but part of the mitigating circumstances are that there was no victim (other than the american public). The guys were paid to rough him up as opposed to "I was just walking down the street and these 2 dudes wearing MAGA hats beat me up...yes that's them, lock them up." He never identified anyone and charges were never filed against anyone other than him. I agree with the Chicago Chief of PoPo..."this is a WHITE WASH of justice." Say what?
 
Dropped charges and forfeited the bond? One of those things isn't legal. No charges means no sanctions... Period. Taking money like that is not allowed in law.

But hey, It's Chicagotown Jake.
