Chipman down in flames

Excellent news. So many different reasons this guy was totally wrong for the job (a job that shouldn’t exist in the first place!)

His actions and commentary about Waco alone should serve to dismiss him from public service and polite society, topping that with his clearly self serving anti gun lobbying work is just a cherry on top.

She's no good for the Democrats because she sent her goons to grab that little Cuban boy Elian Gonzalez and take him back where he came from. Kind of hard to explain why that was good then but immoral now. But she does have the same credentials as Chipman, in that she participated in the burning alive of 70 women and children.

I wish the NRA was as good as all the gun-haters think it is. It's like the gun haters don't even know there is a GOA, 2AF, et al. It's just that in their minds, the NRA is the only thing in their way. I guess the NRA does serve a purpose after all, taking the heat while the others rack up the victories.

No, they just love the salary, the pension, the opportunity to throw other peoples' money at their friends, and have people suck up to them. They weren't willing to lose all that for Chipman, especially when they could confirm someone else just as bad just not as controversial. There are no principles in Washington.
