I did all that. No good. Can't do the sign in to get started once the powerwash was done....never got a screen telling me anything about lets go and start from scratch.
 
I also sent Millie the link to create a USB recovery tool from her Toshiba to get the Chromebook recovered.
Also asked her to try to get into Google account from the Toshiba and change the password so she can use the
chromebook to login and try to wipe it.
