Yeah it's tough to beat the simplicity of a fixed stock. I did manage to grab my first Zhukov from the classified - great condition and price. Happy to keep an eye out for you if I stumble across another one for cheap.

My understanding is that they do, however the reticle is designed for 7.62x54r not x39. There are some that have reticles for the x39 but they are harder to find.Anyone know if the dragunov scopes work on the standard ak scope mount? If so I may put this on my romy just to take a pic.

View attachment 74754 I will get a better pic. I'm not sure of the mount....and I need to figure out why it has a green hue as it shouldn't be an ir filter model.
Had 8 various select fire AKs brought to me the other night. Couple triggers not working, headspace issues, etc. Gaged and inspected them, got 7 up and running. One the right is a Russian AKMS that is deadlined do to headspace and swipped trigger group. Next two Polish AKS (notice the selector position), a single Romanian AKM and on left 4 Yugoslavian of 2 ea M82b and 2 ea M70A1's.

I am no expert here so keep that in mind. Looking thru the s ccv ope the image has a greenish hue.Reference the green hue, if you're referring to the image and its on the outside of the image then it is a common occurrence on lower quality lens.

I was praying you wouldn't want it,, great pick up man. I won't go into details but I've seen Mak UF'd sell for more within the last 2 years.
Dang Charlie,, leave some for the rest of us.Also traded into this Vepr today.
The drum that came with the 56S-1 looks good on it.

Careful with the arm that holds the gas adjustment puck. The rivets are easier to sheer out than one would think.
Not only is a AK superior to a AR but they are
Just so much more pleasing to the eye.
