So are you saying that it's the cops fault for pulling him over for a turn signal violation?
There is a difference between being at fault and causing an event through unrelated or semi related action. No, the cop wasn’t at fault, but he did set the events in motion.
I’m reminded of what
@tanstaafl72555 pointed out a while back. Any time you pass a “law” you are also backing up enforcement of it with up to and including deadly force. Considering the potential consequences, which were severe for innocent people, I blame the policing for profit mentality that exists in this country.
I’m sure that the failure to use a stupid turn signal constituted a severe enough safety issue to necessitate an attempt to issue a revenue collection grab from the Subject residing Texas.
As I said it’s going to be worse. The more stupid laws they pass, the more victimless crimes against the state, the more attempts to wrongfully confiscate people’s property because someone said you said something on Farcebook, the worse it’s going to get. People are losing respect for a government that has demonstrated itself unworthy of respect. The face of that scourge of a government is the badge that threatens lethal force in its name for failure to comply with this or that. The temperatures rising and things like this are the result.
Buckle up, cause we’re just getting started.
No, the gunman was at
fault but I guess that traffic citation was worth it. That can be interpreted two ways.
