Agreed. Looks like its missing a section that should be going up before bending to go back.Improperly installed door. Looks like the last roller at the top on both sides should have a longer arm on it to push the door further out against the frame or the curved part of the track is 6 to 8 inches too low.
That seems to be used in shallower garages. Low ceiling doesn't have room for a full height set of roller tracks. One house we had had a nearly 10 foot high garage ceiling. So single rail could be set high enough to fully close the door.View attachment 108089
Just looked at mine and it has a addtional roller on the end of the last door panel to make it track correctly for the last panel. Fyi though this is a low head room door so it maybe a little different.

Looks like, in this case, the door was done halfassed by someone who didn't have a clue. Maybe a DIY.
When our 25 year old original garage door came crashing down, we called a garage door company to do the replacement the right way.
