More walmart debauchery

Walmart has a no-gun policy. Defense attorney Brent Ratchford says like it or not, places, such as Walmart have the right to do this.

“Stores are considered to be private property,” he said. “They can restrict your gun rights.”
(Quoting article, not George)They can ask you to leave, they can post a conspicuous sign. They apparently did neither. Nor did this fit the statute they charged him with.

The state's thugs and bullies got this one wrong.
 
Not too long ago I walked in that Walmart around 10:45 PM, not really knowing the area.

Now realizing that was the Walmart, I don’t know if I really fault the guy.

I agree I don't know how they can charge him or the DA Prosecute him since his actions didn't meet the 4 required elements needed as laid out by the state supreme court
