Newbie Whiskey

4 Roses Single Barrel.

Evan Williams Single Barrel.

1792 (Year KY joined the the USA) small batch or single proof.

Buffalo Trace (affordable and excellent but sparse as hens teeth)

and if you can nab it BLANTONS!

Jefferson’s Ocean is also delicious.

This. Jameson is always the right choice. Very smooth, subtle sweetness & a whiff of caramel in the nose. The Stout Edition is also great, as well as the Black Barrel.

I like most types of whiskies, but Irish is my go-to/default whiskey.

Yeah, Jameson. I'm about shoulder deep in Jameson lately, thing is I cannot drink it straight. Cool thing is you can hide a whole bunch of it in big old cup of ginger ale.

Hell yeah. I like my Jame-O neat, but there ain't a damn thing wrong with J&G.

Buffalo Trace - If you find it, you must buy me a bottle also.

Four Roses - I like their single barrel best.

Eagle Rare - If you find it, you must buy me a bottle also

Woodford Reserve - easy to find and good.

I dont care for bourbon but love scotch.

But I do enjoy the Japanese whiskeys so give them a try.
