Online work-out resources

One more time for MoveU. We splurged for the lifetime membership today. But lots of videos on youtube and their instagram page has even more vids. One of the great things about this is that it can be a light workout or you can ramp up the intensity at your own pace. Very little equipment. But everything I have done has been very effective with noticible changes in strength, posture, and figure.


General health info, eating tips, etc I listen to Genius Life podcast.


 
Wim Hof breathing exercises. Great for working on deep breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, meditation, and breath holding. This has really helped my endurance with running.
