Sorry guys but I don't buy S&W's excuse at all. They officially announced they are up to their collective ***es in inventory and it will take as much as several quarters to work through it. They had to know what kind of demand the rebates would create or else they're totally incompetent.
I submitted my first rebate online sometime in April and their website shows it was "shipped" on 6/29. As of today's mail, still nothing. I've submitted 4 more rebates online (late May and a week or two later) and they don't even show up on their website yet.

How is it I can get a $10 rebate for a couple boxes of ammo in half the time that S&W needs?
I'm a big S&W fanboy (have bought 7 new ones so far this year) but this is taxing my "fanism".
