* EHS tried to cover it up. Was notified of anonymous reports by NIOHS and refused to cooperate, didn't allow inspections, didn't follow up. Denied claims of pulling out but the CDC produced emails showing the communications.
* EHS has tried to cover up, knowingly ignore, and gaslight chem students in Dabney hall about asbestos not being handled during construction as well as leaky fume hoods depositing fumes throughout the building. Disregarded the custom sensors placed all over the building by a grad student and then claimed it was fine when they tested the air during a break when no one was in the building.
