It's a max file size issue (per photo). You'll need to resize them, or host them elsewhere.
To resize, you can use an app like Simple Resize. Others have emailed them to themselves and chosen "small" or "medium" when it asks what size for the attachments.
You can use postimage.org if you want to post something without having an account, and no need to save it for future use.
