I currently have a weber gas grill. It’s pretty good, but even with all burners on high it doesn’t sear well. I can sear in a cast iron pan on the side burner. If I need a larger surface I can use a rectangular cast iron griddle or even the pizza iron (although with no lip it’s a fire hazard with bacon).
was thinking toss the grill and get a blackstone. My concern is fish and vegetables, I think they need the hot air circulation.
