What are you drinking?

Soon…

I’m a Jameson fan, but have no idea what this will taste like. In fact, I don’t know what possessed me to buy it. I tried their Black Barrel and was not really impressed. I just like the old original, and their Stout Edition, but I’ve sorta worn that out.

Hope it’s not like Glen Livet. I love their 12 yo, but the older I buy, the weirder it seems to get to me.

Let us know how it is when you dip in!

FWIW, I felt the same about the black barrel until I had it on the rocks. It can be a bit harsh neat, but I found it really nice with several ice cubes to slowly sip. Totally understand how that one might not be everyone's cup of tea, though.

The nose on this 18 yo Jameson is ethereal. I mean it’s just wonderful. And it’s so smooth it could be dangerous. 92 proof.

Neat 2A bourbon the last couple nights. Had quit drinking to help me get in shape but I’m celebrating owing less on my taxes than I thought I would. Gotta say - 2A hits the spot.

Tonight is the last night for a while, so I’m enjoying it.

Someone may have already posted about this beer, and if so, my apologies.

My son bought a four pack of this beer at Lowe’s Foods today. It is very smooth and has an incredible taste that I can’t really describe.

It’s a German beer but it is very smooth unlike many European beers.

I highly recommend this beer.

Thanks for posting that! If I can find it at my local Lowes I'll add it to my beer review line up.
