Still doesn't excuse them for the poor CS when I called. They basically told me just to wait as long as they deem necessary. Like many others have said, primary arms, midway, etc all compete with Brownells and beat them on serviceIts because someone missed a scan. USPS did not properly scan the package when it entered their system. This is not a Brownells issue. It happens all the time with the USPS. It sucks but then again the shipping was free so really no harm no foul unless you needed the item on a particular day. IMHO
