Tonight was country cast iron pork fried rice. Cut up some boneless pork chops. Cooked it down in some asian seasonings and sauces and onion. Added in rice, peas simmered till most of liquid was gone then folded in a couple eggs

We're going to have cold Pastrami on Rye (seeded) with Swiss, with Au Jus, potato salad, pickles...maybe potato chips too and Dijon mustard for dipping if we want
