Stop in thinking about making crab cakes or some MD crab soup, your more than welcome.
Sunday she's fixin home made lasagna, we're going to make "real key lime pie"
They are great neighbors she made him mow the lawn while we were still in MD, when the other half was going through chemo, etc. And...she can drive a skid steer, a dozer, grader, back hoe, crane, she came over last weekend, took over the skid steer, was clearing out some small trees / brush.

I hear prime rib roast is a thing, saw a thread around here somewhere, found a nice 5 lb roast for $35 was perfectly sized in his and hers portions. Maybe i got the roasting part wrong?

Well I was set up to have me a nice simple 2 egg, cheese and bacon omelet. Then I burned the hell out of my finger which caused the pan to drop in floor with my omelet upside down of course. Second time the handle on this particular small pan has burned me this month. I throwed the pan and the omelet out the back door down towards the woods. And I'll grab the pan next time I'm hanging targets and finish the damn thing off for good. Top layer of skin was stuck to pan then a nice deep blister showed up instantly. Ended up with turkey sandwich and some ice cream and a blister.
Did some Asian/texmex kinda fusion wings tonight. Marinated and baked in a soy sauce base with some additional seasonings. Then I drizzled some of my specially blended buffalo sauce over my wings. And made some stewed spiced apples for a side/dessert.

Lasagna from the neighbors, that's half of one piece.. man leftovers all the spices / seasonings just blend together, always tell people left overs always taste better the next day

Tonight’s, fajitas with peppers, onions, mango, and tomatoes with grilled steak. Guac, a little sauce, queso fresco, cheddar, pickled japs black olives and a little Roasted Ghosted sauce. DAMMIT it was tasty.
Don’t usually like the sweet stuff with it but saw the mangos at the store on the “rotten rack” and couldn’t resist. Kinda blew the keto with those, the tomatoes, the onions and the wraps but, it was a “light” cheat day!

This is what was left of my sirloin and crispy crowns when I decided to take a pic. Tried the McCormack spicy Montreal seasoning this time. Finished it with a pat of butter. Yum!

Ketchup + pepper has been a favorite for fries since high school. I should definitely try adding some hot sauce!

Yes…ketchup+hot sauce=AWESOMESAUCE…. Two bottles of ketchup in my fridge. One for mortals and one for me. It’ll grab a hold and won’t let go for a bit. YUM!

Last few meals have been leftovers or pretty pathetic. Tonight’s was good. Bacon wrapped pork roast, red wine shrooms, mashed taters for the kid and veg medley (cabbage, Brussels, onion, garlic, shroom, and bacon). Tasty.

The crockpot is working overtime this week. Country style cubed steak with mushroom and onion gravy. Trying to keep carbs down so no taters. Paired it with leftover green bean casserole and succotash.
