What's for dinner?

Rain here on and off all weekend. So, yesterday the wife and I went out to eat for the first time in a long time. We went to one of our favorite seafood places, Ella's in Calabash, NC. The shrimp and flounder was excellent, as usual.

Tonight, Baked Pecan coated Cod, Brown Rice. and Asparagus. Our usual Sunday dinner.

Tonight Chicken Parm, Whole Wheat Pasta in red sauce. Romano Cheese.

Incoming request for the recipe from a Colonial............ :D

For one 9" premade pie crust it's 3/4 cup of milk, 5 eggs, 4oz of shredded cheese and whatever meats and veggies you like. That had half a package kielbasa and 4 or 5 strips of shredded bacon and half an onion chopped.

Scallops coated in flour, cooked in olive oil and garlic. Then put on top of whole wheat pasta. And of course my favorite Romano cheese on top.
