My favorite hot sauce!!!PORK TACOS!!!!!
I took out some pork butt that I had frozen, heated up a cast iron skillet, dropped in the pork, some butter, tomatillo sauce, and habanero sauce. While that was simmering I heated up a cast iron griddle, brushed bacon grease on some corn tortillas and slapped those puppies on the griddle. While those were heating up I chopped up onions, cilantro, and tomatoes. I then ground sea salt on the onions and tomatoes. Then it was time to construct. Damn it was goooood!!!!!

I love my IQ130!Did two smaller butts with the pitmaster IQ. I love that thing when it works. Took 14 hours for them to get to 204 cooking at 225. Gave some to my mom for Mother's Day.
