I once got so involved in an internet argument over earthworm nutritional qualities that I calculated out how much earthworm mush a 200lb man would need to eat to equate to lean red meat. It was like 4 or 5 lbs. 👀Best served live, but in a pinch:
I’d prefer a glass of root beer with a lump of ice cream.Best served live, but in a pinch:
I’m a Large Curd fancier…with a dusting of Lawry’s Seasoning Salt.Cottage cheese. Right outta the container, plain. Has to be full-fat and I prefer Breakstones.
It's Friday after all...banana pudding with whipped cream
what?

I ride through Mocksville when I’m headed east to west on two wheels. I’ll have to stop in.There is this little restaurant In Mocksville we stop it when passing through that has “bacon jam.” I don’t know what’s in it other than real chunks of bacon and some barbecue-ish mayonnaise-ish sauce. I hate Mayo but this sauce is to die for.

If the owner is there, the service is awesome. 😬I ride through Mocksville when I’m headed east to west on two wheels. I’ll have to stop in.
I used to eat that at my grandmas house when I was growing up. Haven’t had it in years!I found it in local Harris Teeter near the bologna, never noticed it before being asked to pick some up. If you like liver, might like this!
He sounds like the Henry Ford of burger flippers.I liked the guy when he told me I could have my burger cooked anyway I want as long as it’s medium 😂

…and in case anybody wondered what you’d stuff a turkey leg with, it’s probably not anything you’d have guessed in 20+ tries. They are having stuffed turkey legs at the state fair this year.
Not weird, but tasty.
Eastern BBQ formed into a patty, drizzled with cider vinegar, place in hot buttered pan, using a fork press extra fluid out of sauerkraut and place on patty, once patty has browned a bit, flip, press out excess moisture, place on bun with sharp cheddar cheese (Cabot), top with sriracha & habanero sauce. Nom nom nom.
I knew if I kept following this thread someone from our side in the country would post the good things we enjoyed that were considered weird by those who lived in "town".
@thrillhill will know what I'm talking about.
Are there links for such or is this local only?

Too gamey?I'm an adventurous eater, but draw the line at liver & cottage cheese.
Too gamey?
The best part about IWB knife carry?I see ya over there with your inside the waistband knife.
potato chips in a PBandJ sandwich.
Creme of Wheat spread on buttered toast.
We’ve discussed it, compared to you I’m a country poser.
I always wondered what the heck “gamey” was supposed to taste like.(Still ain't no such thing as gamey though.😁)
I appreciate it, I’ve done very well for a mechanic.I appreciate what is probably meant to be a compliment in the context of this thread, but man, it ain't even like that. If you hear me bragging about being "more country" than anybody else then I'm really just bragging about being poor. You're a successful dude. Glad you're my friend.

Take a non prime piece of venison that has been run for over 30 min by dogs in September, wasn’t field dressed until the next morning, tossed in a pan and cooked well done, eat without sauce/butter/fats.I always wondered what the heck “gamey” was supposed to taste like.
