I like it. My son was there last year and my wife cheered there 30 years ago.

Mine is a nickname I got when I went to work at the FD. Z is my first initial B is my middle initial and at the time snoop dogg was Izzle'ing everything he could so my buddies came up with ZBizzle and the 911 was just because I needed some numbers in there so why not use the emergency number since I'm a fireman.

I got the name n in 80"s when friends stated calling me DJ Magic Mike. First forum I went to around 2007 that name had been taken,, so I went with the J instead of the G in Magic,, now most of my old friends just call me Majic

as my legend grew they made a couple movies about me, I haven't seen the walking dead but after hearing a couple comments in other threads someone in the show must have wanted to be me
Amen, Mike Dawg... Been there, rewired that...

Years agon a very close friend of mine explained quite a bit to me about the merits of adding the Brangus cattle breed to our herds. I listened to him and after many years we are convinced that we made the right decision in going Brangus. The original seed stock came from Cow Creek Ranch in Alabama and from other breeders in Florida, Texas, Mississippi.

I liked that breed so much that I started using the name on all forums I was on. It seemed to stick.
moo.

Most of the old guard here remembers, but:

The Canadians Shooters Club page had a "What do you think members you haven't met" thread going. Originally my handle there was just Natsmith77. My email address. (Names Nathan Smith). During the discussion something came up about Booger from Revenge of the Nerds, so I posted a picture of myself joking I looked like him. That evening I couldn't log in to The Canadian Shooters Club. Account wasn't working, I thought I had been kicked out. I soon got a text I believe telling my my name had been changed to b00ger.

So, I owned it, and B00ger was born.

Nations tremble.
Names Nathan, but don't you go by Alex (middle name?)

Yup, first name is Nathan. Second is Alexander.

Worked as a medic for the local tactical teams. When we walked through, dressed out, the term "sneakymedic" was used...

I'm a '95 Camel (BBA)

From the Dark Tower series by Stephen King, Roland is the main character and he is a gunslinger. I loved the series when I read it and started using the name on AOL way back in 92 or 93. AOL only allowed 15 letters in the username so I had to drop the d. Been using it for everything since.

Found out years ago that my ancestors originated from the Wallace Clan. I.e. William Wallace of the movie Braveheart. I like it cause it harkens my first known (to me) family tendencies to strive for freedom no matter how much the movie trumped it up.

And my grandfather's grandfather came over from Scotland and his name was MacDonald but Ellis Island changed it to McDonald. Our ties go back to Clan MacDonald, who also fought with Wallace.

When my son was little (4-ish) he said "Daddy's 1911 go BANG!! (With hands raised to emphasize the "bang").

There you go...

This is the best thread I have seen so far on here. Really nice and interesting insights into people.

Mine is because I am 61 years old and have started 4 businesses, had 8 careers, have 3 degrees and used to think my curiosity would just power me on forever into new endeavors. I see now it won't and I am getting tired.

My old moniker on the other forum is an acronym stolen from Robert Heinlein, arguably the BEST science fiction writer ever, and a great libertarian/anarchist. He came up with There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch, thus TANSTAAFL. 72555 references a date.

Interesting. My wife is a Wallace. William Wallace is one of her ancestors, as well.

And I am a direct descendant of Robert the Bruce.
'course, a lot of people are, but interesting nonetheless. He had a great g- g- g- g- granddaughter, Helen Stewart, who married one of my direct French Huguenot lineage around 1800. Her Scot family was so incensed that she married a Frog that they held a mock funeral and never spoke of her again, right here in eastern NC.

Glad everyone is enjoying it. Btw I always knew your old username and what it meant due to an old girlfriends fondness for Heinlein. And by old I mean when I was 23 she was 37 lol.

The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress - Robert Heinlien. Libertarian revolutionary story. Even if you don't like science fiction you should give it a try just for it's political significance. That alone is worth the read.

Maybe you're a closet owner of McDonald's?
