Do you mean the bourbon? You may like it, but in my opinion, it is nowhere near worth the money. Their bourbon started out very good the first year or so, but is now just trading on the reputation of their earlier product, IMHO. My most snobbish bourbon buddies used to call Kentucky Owl Confiscated "Kentucky Owl Constipated". However, their ryes are generally great, but are extremely expensive - even more expensive than the bourbons. YMMV.

Not a big country music fan (although Chris Stapleton is tolerable) but I am a Buffalo Trace fan. So naturally I wanted to try Traveller whiskey.(Two L’s).
I have had the Saffell (Two L‘s) before. It’s a Wild Turkey founders tribute whiskey and it’s exceptional. Cheers!

Where’d you find the travelers?
If not findable within my reach, would you be of interest in trading one of them for Weller, willet, or Eagle rare.. I also have 1 liter BT.

About a week ago, I stopped by one of my favorite stores just to say hello to the manager in the office. While there I noticed a bottle of Rock Hill Farms under his desk. I really did not want to ask him about it because I did not want him to think I just stopped by to see if they had anything. Today, I went back to get a few bottles of Crown Royal Salted Caramel for friends at the lake. While talking to the manager I asked him if anybody picked up that RH. He said no and told Ed to give it to me. When Ed was handing it over, he said that they were going to send it back to the distillery because the plastic around the cap was not tight. He turned the bottle upside down and it did not leak, and you could not smell the bourbon, so I walked out with it.

The Jr. I could only hope to find the big stagg in my lifetime and its not because Im not trying to find it.
 
Had to go to a clients today in downtown Savannah. While walking back to my car there is a liquor store on Broughton Street (Broughton Street Liquors) that has more store picks then any other store I have been to and they will let you sample them. I think they currently had 42 bottles. Ended up sampling 4 and came home with these 2. I am going back to get the cask rum they had. It was unbelievable for 130.2 proof.

Passed on the new Travelers today as well as one of 13 Colonies barrel proof. The 13 Colonies was too pricey for a bottle that I am not sure about. I have read mixed reviews on the Travelers on line and it was on $40. There are other bourbons out there I know are good. A guy in the store did buy a bottle and let me sample it, well the negative reviews were right. It tasted very young and had a sharp taste.

I also passed on Travelers last weekend in SC. Travelers is just a shameless money grab. Some country singer that apparently had an alcohol problem and went clean a few years back is now trying to cash in by putting his name on a bottle of liquor. Nope.
 
Haven't seen it available in almost 2 years. They sure hurt the Russians when it was sitting in the backroom and they weren't able to sell it. US politics aside, I don't have any beef with the common Russian dude whose making vodka in St Petersburg. Biden's bullshit is not hurting him, or maybe it is. Regardless, they make damn good vodka.
