You neeeeeeed a scorpion!I am trying to squirrel away some CZ money. Debating between a standard CZ75, or going Full Monty and getting into the Scorpion game.

Yes, he doooooes lmao
Get the standard 75 first, because the Scorpion itself is only the price of admission...then theres grip mods, trigger mods, charging handles, safety selectors, brace (or stock and tax stamp), it begs for a supressor, red dots, and the curious case of disappearing 9mm ammo.
Somehow or another I have 'lost' about 1300 rounds.
A Scorpion is expensive......but, oh, so fuuunnnnn!
The Scorpion is a rabbit hole.... a fun one but for me its just a range toy.
No doubt.
But considering I only compete once in a coons age these days pretty much every firearm I have is a “range toy”.

I have been considering selling mine to help fund a Wilson EDC X9.
I so should've bought that 97B that was listed in the BST a little while back. Shot a bud's & loved it. Grip size is perfect for my mitts, too.
I had a hard time putting my hand around the CZ97B. It made it very difficult to pull the trigger. Felt like 12lbs with the distance of the grip and trigger. Same for the CZ Tactical Sport which was on sale for $1100.00. The double stack 20 round grip was tough although it was extremely nice. I just couldn’t operate the mag release.IIRC, Jerek and Caitlin still have two 97BD's still listed in the handgun inventory thread.

I can't shoot the big CZs either. IF you really want one bad you can send it to CGW for a reach reduction or buy the parts and install it yourself.
@BlackGun ^^^^What he said lol. And IIRC, the reach reduction is a stand alone mod. You dont have to go all crazy on a bunch of expensive mods if you dont want to.
Why you tellin me...I am the CZ obsessed friend lol$88 if you install it yourself or have one of your CZ obsessed friends do it for/with you.

Yes it’s a very nice gun with a very nice price. Think I would go regular tactical sport given the price. I’ve not shot my new 2075 Rami yet but I like the feel and capacity of 10 or 14 with the extended mag. I’m not sure but I’ve been told a SP01 mag can be used in a Rami. Of course that would defeat the conceal aspect of it.The tactical sport Orange would likely fit you.
It’s considerably higher and deeper cut on frame. Spendy bit nice!
That is correct...the SP01, 75, and 75 Compact mags all interchange with each other. Obviously a Rami mag wont fit a SP01, but you know what I mean lol.I’m not sure but I’ve been told a SP01 mag can be used in a Rami.

I miss of my Urban Gray Shadow 2. It is currently at CGW.
While there are areas it can be improved upon, I personally don't think the bang for the buck is there vs upgrading a stock 75 or compact for my uses.
But, when yours comes back, I'd dearly love to side by side compare them. Might change my mind lol
That would be pretty amazing DA trigger around 6 lbs.We can go shoot over at Foothills or your range when it comes home! You can also shoot my 75B Pro package and Steel P01 Pro package.
We can have a CZ day....
On the Shadow 2 you get down below 6lb on the DA and around 3lbs on the SA. Reset and take up should be improved but to be honest out of the box it is better than I am. but then again so are most guns.
Keep it.Debating on whether I should keep this or not. It's no secret that I'm a Glock fanboy but this one feels pretty darn good in my hands.
Keep it.
It's no secret Im not a Glock fan, but I kept a 26 lol.
You can keep that one
Oh, no...see, ya gotta shoot it. Ive never shot one of those, but I traded into a FN I didnt like until I shot it. Ended up keeping it about two years.Every time I pick it up I get more attached. If it shoots as good as it feels, I may be hooked. It hasn’t even been fired yet.

I feel like I’m cheating on Gaston.

I agree. After shooting the P10C and a friends Gen5 G19 side by side last night I still feel that Glocks are a better fit for me. I've tried just about every striker fired or hammer fired pistol in the G19 size range and I always end up back with Glock. But hey, at least I do my part to keep the BST active.I’m the newest CZ owner and fan here. The like that new plastic P10C but it is no Glock killer. I’d say they are much the same other than a Glock is very vanilla in cosmetics compared to the CZ.
