Looks like Elliott was trying to pick fights knowing Dolloff (armed) is there to back him up. Mr. Tiegen said Elliott was trying to provoke a reaction from different people as they were exiting the rally.

I want to see Elliot (Black Guns Matter t-shirt) and Newman (the 9News producer) who pretty much instigated and escalated the situation held to some crime in form of acting as an accessory to the shooting ... I can hope???
 
tough to prove conspiracy with circumstantial evidence... but it sure looks like that's what happened. Charge 'em anyway, and make 'em defend themselves.

Might be one of those situations where 9News and Pinkerton pay for the actions of those 4 conspirators.
 
I think the civil case against 9news is going to be monstrous. I will not be surprised of it puts them out of business.

I also won’t be surprised if small business owners don’t jump on the bandwagon and start claiming that 9news’ actions, ie hiring an instigator, contributed materially to the rioting and resulting damages to their businesses. It’s not a good case, but it’d be fun to watch.

The real interesting video clip is the one labeled Witness Fears For His Life which is of the Black Guns Matter agitator Jeremiah Elliot who was the one who really started the incident for some reason??? after talking with 9News producer.
