Hands off, those are for the grand kids!Dibs on the Juicy Juice !
Just like here .. lolHands off, those are for the grand kids!
I believe you’re correct based on what I saw and what I see on Google.Looks like they used Rector seal epoxy.
Yup, that’s exactly what I did, got some good pics and sent them to the warranty rep then had him see it in person. I was trying to be reasonable but at the same time I wasn’t going to accept sub-par work.If you really want to see how bad.. or good, the Sheetrock joints and tape job is, shine a flashlight up, down or horizontal against the wall. It will tell the truth.
We filled a whole 30 yard dumpster with furniture and bags of crap we had collected and tossed. Feels good to have a fresh coat of paint and new look.I am worn out.
So we finished turning the office into a bedroom (minus new paint which will probably have to wait till after the bbq) which included a new area rug and putting in a powered bed so my folks can raise their head and/or feet.

When I was asked if we could redecorate our bedroom. I said as long as I get to take a sledgehammer to the old furniture I’m in.
We had @Chdamn's Wife, grandmother’s bedroom furniture. Which at one time was nice and we lived in a larger house with a bigger bedroom.
It was huge but poorly designed so there was far less space than there should be (doors in front of drawers to start with) and at this point it was falling apart, which you can see in the picture.
And as you can see by crap on top of the dresser I didn’t have enough room since I just had the armoire to store my clothes.

Amy wanted grey walls so she picked the paint. She said she wanted to paint a yellow accent wall which I vetoed because it made me erp to think about. So I found a rug that brings some yellow into the room. Then I found some super cheap but well made furniture on Amazon. Metal frame and cloth drawers. Made by the same company that made the little desk we put in the office/bedroom.
A lot smaller footprint but more storage space because almost all available space is used.
And best of all, did I say cheap? Inexpensive is a better word. About $100 per piece of furniture.
Rounded it out by changing the blinds to match.
Started Friday morning. Just got finished.

I’m soooo happy. I’m not bumping into the damn kitchen table or chairs all the time. I don’t have to turn sideways to get to the bourbon.
We’ve actually eaten dinner at the table the past 2 nights. We hadn’t eaten at the other table since we got it. It was just uncomfortable as hell.
Looks good, is the pups name Harry Potter?Part 2, Create a space for a pup so there won't be a kennel sitting out in the floor anywhere. Not happy with the door so I'm redoing it and will add the 100% completed pictures later.

I've been watching your project for a while, it's looking great! Very well planned.
How big of a flock are you planning? Just curious.
3 Garden boxes 4x8x13” metal and 2x4’s
1 garlic box 4x4
And tilled up the garden area 30 L x 10 W
And a chicken coop/made from scrap pallets
You better hide the 5 gallon bucket from @kcult !View attachment 766711Got tired of parking nose to tail, so after having some trees taken out I used some treated 6x6's to frame out a 20'x40' parking area.
21 tons of crusher-run later it's done!
After being a 110% caregiver for 9 months with little time to exercise....it kicked my skinny old butt.

I've never understood this. I've worked on many houses where the homeowner would give me a pile of keys to get in everything. I allways ask if they would like to have all the locks rekeyed so they want need a ring of keys to access there house. The answer is allways yes. And some are shocked it seems when they find out this is an option. When you buy the locks the stores most times will do this for free and only takes a minute.Front door knob had a different key than the front door deadbolt
Seriously! It drove me mad. I don’t know how anyone can live like that. Savages I tell you, savages!I've never understood this. Your Bow Ties look a little big. Here is a piece of walnut I rescued from the dump. It had a large crack and I wanted to try my hand at bow ties. I made them from a pecan log I was gifted and the I poured a epoxy with a blue tint to fill the cracks. I then gave it a top coat of clear epoxy. First attempt was a disaster.
Got that sorted out and the second try went better. Still not perfect but not bad for a first attempt at both bow ties and epoxy pour.
As always opinions as well as criticism welcome.
