You can do a ton with a handful of kettlebells. I have a very minimalist setup and honestly it’s forced me to pay attention to details. I’ve made more progress in the last 12 months than I have in the last couple of years despite being way behind the curve on available equipmentTRX straps and a couple of kettlebells. Cardio is overrated.

The original question was mostly for my wife, but I seem to have shed 20lbs and may be interested in making some muscles more musclely.
