Well, I guess I will, since you don't seem inclined to tell me.....lol.
I’ve shot 1,000 or so of them but that’s all I can tell you. @Butter loads and sells ‘em. I’m trying hard to limit the amount of stuff I comment on without any knowledge (appearances to the contrary not withstanding).Well, I guess I will, since you don't seem inclined to tell me.....lol.
Its a polymer coating that is cost effective and is clean to shoot. The company is Blue Bullets out of Kernersville and they are a huge supporter of competitive shooting in the Carolina's.I saw some ammo yesterday with those blue tips....what's that all about?
Congrats on shooting your 1st match!
No.G, have you been to Coharie yet?

There are a couple different 9mm styles you can choose from, 115gr for cheap range plinking or a 147gr for suppressor or competition use. A 147 will shoot softer since there is less powder to explode in your hand (quick explanation)
This warms my heart. Outstanding job Millie.
It’s been super fun to watch you go from a can to a contender!
I wish wish wish you could try my CZ in a match with my reloads. You would love it.
My first match was indoor idpa. I just tried to be accurate and not get DQd.
It was so laughably sloooooow that it’s the video @Slappy McTrigger shares with anybody who sucks. To show them they don’t suck as bad as they thought!
As soon as I get some time lapsing software I’ll post it up otherwise the video would be too long for YouTube!@Slappy McTrigger post up that vid of @NKD

Low quality video. But still a 1200 mb file.
Folks who are new to organized shooting are often surprised to find that the other shooters are friendly people who welcome new shooters and will support and help them.
You know I love the .45, but I can only shoot a few magazines before it starts to make my hand hurt.
Maybe my instructor can use it in a match? That way, the gun gets to compete in the hands of someone who can handle it WAY better than I'll ever be able to! Lol.
**I'm sure your .45 would be brilliant in a competition! What do you think of this idea?**
I do plan to shoot the gun some this week, as it's been idle for a bit. It needs a little workout.
Have you done any Cowboy Mounted Shooting? I still have the gear, but one horse had to be put down and the other has lost his sight due to a shot the Veterinarian gave him.Congratulations!! There are a lot of gun owners who talk a great game but never manage to step up and shoot a match. You will learn a lot about yourself by participating in organized shooting sports.
I’m a cowboy action shooter. We have a higher percentage of female shooters than some other shooting disciplines, and I’m very happy to have ladies and youth shooters. Success in the shooting sports has little to do with gender.

You need a CZ in 9mm. Yes, I have been told I’m an enabler. [emoji23]
They haven't yet been able to get actual footage on me yet.
Its strange, when I start walking up to the line everything goes into slow motion and my theme song starts playing out of nowhere. Kid Rocks "American Badass" once the timer goes off I'm like a blur because I'm moving so fast. They have talk about getting some of those Hi speed cameras to video me with.
Well, I don't need two 1911s in 9mm, though if my current one keeps acting up and can't be healed by the manufacturer, I might have to get another one. LoL.You need a 1911 in 9mm. Yes, I have been told I’m an enabler. [emoji23]

I'm really glad nobody was getting video or pics of me. I was soooo happy to get thru all the stages without any major boo-boos!This warms my heart. Outstanding job Millie.

If not for the trip to your range, I'd probably still be searching for my perfect carry gun! So thanks for letting me experiment with y'alls guns.Mille has come a long way in a short amount of time thanks to her desire to learn and train at the range and visit Battery Oaks.
She was our guest at Triangle Shooting Academy in Raleigh last year, she tried many different pistols and calibers to narrow down
what was the right one for her. Today she is shooting .380, 9mm and .45acp and her fist match. Awesome.
I agree on the kindness of these guys. One offered me the use of his CZ (I can't remember his name, sorry, tall young guy) but I declined because I had tried to rack the slide on one at the range and failed. I might have stronger hands now and a new hint on how to make it easier.I can truly vouch for that. There are several folks on here that have been most willing to help me learn and help me to develop my shooting.
And at a recent match when I had an equipment failure, within 30 seconds I had been offered a whole complete setup to be able to continue shooting.
It just doesn't get much better than that.
I hope I can see the video at some point. As soon as I get some time lapsing software I’ll post it up otherwise the video would be too long for YouTube!
All jokes aside, he shot how both of us recommend every newer shooter/competitor shoot which is safe and at their own pace. With the level of competition we have in our area, you’re probably not winning your first match so you might as well shoot cautiously, get your hits, and learn.
Congrats @Millie and welcome to the addiction!
Well, I guess they weren't on this forum then, or they'd have already gotten all the encouragement and support I've had! LoL. I wasn't at all surprised, because you guys have been with me all the way from day one here.Congratulations!! I'd love to try it out if she's really ok with a strange old lady shooting her gun! That's very nice of her, and you too, thanks.I’m the tall young guy that offered you his CZ last Saturday. My wife isn’t going to make H2O Saturday so you are welcome to try her CZ. It’s setup single action only so it’s just like a 1911. I’ve got the whole setup holster mags mag pouches. Hers has a lighter recoil spring so racking it shouldn’t be a problem. Just let me know and I’ll bring it along.
