Meh.

Their sale, their conditions. People don't have to buy if they don't want to.

It's no different, in my opinion, than someone trying to sell a used gun at at new gun price.

It may bother me a little bit, but I don't have to be the sucker that buy from such people. At the end of the day he may still have the gun, but I'll still have several hundred dollars in my wallet. Who's laughing then?
