@GreatGazoo already mentioned it, but Iommi makes his own fingertips out of plastic.
Also, look up Django Reinhardt for some inspiration.
Iommi should have played at least once with Badfinger! Mirror image SGs on top of the pun.

^^^ With the pickup switch in that position, I'm guessing that's a Joe Pass model?
Interested.
One of my old basses is up on ebay..for 3x what I paid for it in 1998. Realllly wanting to get it for nostalgia purposes.

Here's a wacky guitar I am sure nobody has seen before. I like wacky shapes and different stuff. Millions of strat/tele/les pauls.
Name who made that body and you get a prize.

Ahhhhaaa! Was it Wayne Kramer? I thought it looked vaguely familiar. I had one of the aluminium neck Kramer basses for a while. It was a very aggressive sounding beast. It was made by a guy who was sued by Michael Jackson and owned Kramer guitars originally. Was responsible for the aluminum necks Kramer briefly made.
He started another company that made aluminum necked guitars as well. This body came from one of those guitars.

I have a little Squier Mustang short scale bass if anybody is looking. 100$. Fun little bass but I snagged a Jaguar and like that one better. Like new with box etc.

Short-scale basses can be a lot of fun. Here's mine, a 1975 Fender Musicmaster Bass:

Is that you in the photo?
If so, let me introduce myself.
I just picked up a Washburn acoustic because I thought I would get back into it. Got it home and realized my left index finger where I cut the tip off several years back is to fat to only hit one string.
Here's my new guitar project:
Rossen guitars dinky style body, made here in NC. This is nice flamed heavy ash.
Warmoth 24 3/4" scale birdseye neck.
Gotoh 510 trem & Planet Waves locking tuners.
Love that birdseye maple fretboard! After much hand wringing and some wood work help from @bigfelipe , I attacked the body with red Transtint dye. Turning out better than I had hoped. Gonna steel wool this last coat and proceed with some layers of clear truoil. Hoping for a thin satin finish. Need to get some pickups.

Beautiful stuff ! @brentona
The 000-28 and Strat just have major mojo and a story now. Are they fully functional? What kind of music do you play ?
Ok I’m in!
Wow, nice collection! Cover a lot of bases with those.
I own maybe ten more guitars than number of songs I can play all the way through. Is that a problem?
There's nothing wrong with lots of guitars. People collect far less useful things, and guitars can appreciate in value too if you're educated about what you're investing in, kinda like guns. Handbags and shoes, not so much.
