I wish we had the option, I think the idea came up at a meeting and went over like a lead balloon. The people that use it want the rest of us to pay for their entertainment, claiming it adds value to all of our homes. Believe me when I tell you that the cement pond is tiny and I have yet to hear anyone say they moved to this hood because of the toilet, err pool, that is here.
Our pool was very nice in 1995 when it was installed. Near Olympic size in the main pool with a big kids area. But my neighborhood was full of Dr's and lawyers in big brick houses built in the mid 1990's. Then the builder got into trouble and about 40-50 houses stopped building. Fast forward to 2017 new developers came in building 100's of houses starting in the mid 200's. The new developer would be smart to drop the cost to 300 for a pool pass considering it's only open 4 months. If the did that they would make WAY more money than they are now and be able to upgrade to a company that would clean the facility. But no they are stuck in the 90's.
