Let's see your home gym

Moved into a new house in January and have been working on the garage gym in between the fiddy leven other projects, but its finally coming together.

Painted walls/trim and ceiling with paint left over from the builder. Epoxy coated the floors with the Rustoleum kit from Lowes. Lighting, sound and HVAC are next but I'm really happy with the progress so far.

The multi, treadmill, bike, dumbell rack and mats all came from the Used Gym Store in Hickory. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home gym equipment. They even gave us a good trade in credit for the Precor elliptical we had.

@LizardKing , anything else I get will have to live outdoors. Thinking a 45# bar, a few plates, and a cheap bench.
I totally get it. While I the process of house hunting and moving, my garage gym was downsized to a 4x6 mat a bench and Amazon racks with minimal plates and dumbells.
I'd say you could rig this up to your pull up station outside. Rub some oil on it occasionally and it would probably serve you well. For 24 bucks it may be worth a shot...

I could absolutely make that work.

In one of the Pat Mac vids he said the entirety of his gym is outside, he doesn't have anything inside. That may be the way I go.

Being outside definitely adds another element to training depending on the season. Maybe I've heard, "train like you fight." And I 100% agree with his functional training approach.

For you folks saving space this is a hell of a stand. I’ve walked out over 450 from it. Very stable and underrated for a $260 solution.

I've got the Rogue version, the SML-1. I like it a lot, especially with the wheels. I can take it out in the sun if I want. I have a dedicated pullup bar so my only real loss is not having safety straps or the ability to use band pegs. I'll get a full rack eventually but I'll be keeping this for other stuff.

I wanted the rogue yoke bar that came with j cups. I love strongman stuff. After you finish squatting you can load up the rack and run with it 😂🦍
