Update: keeping her! Free Kitten!! It was running across Main Street and I had to tear my car apart. Pics & story

She back from her ovariohysterectomy, less ovaries and uterus of course.

Apparently doxie Isabelle won't leave her side for whatever reason

Animals do have an inherent sense of when another is not feeling well … and will try and comfort them. Good for Izzy being their for her!

@NKD out of curiosity in your avatar picture, what breed are the cats? Russian blue?

The one in my avatar picture, we believe or the vet said he thinks, he was a good part Chartreux because he was fairly large.

Interestingly, I was looking at a list of large cat breeds and Norwegian Forrest are on that list. Ours that I am pretty sure is an NF the vet likes to complain ls overweight. She may be a little, but she’s also a larger cat breed.

I'm not really sure man. I just thought it was a funny pic so used it for avatar. Can't even remember where I snagged it.
I do really like the russian blues though. Cool cats.

I have always wanted a custom Maine Coon. Follow a couple breeders on IG. But I am more of a rescue for $50 type of guy, lol.

I was driving my work vehicle through the construction at Davidson county community college and saw something laying on the edge of the 1 lane that was being used, as I went by, it was a kitten!! Alive too.
I stopped and got it, we took her to the vet, she’s about 6 weeks old. Decided to keep her for the kids.
Here’s a pic of when we got her 5 days ago. Her eyes look much better after using the eye drops we got from the vet.
We named her Sage

Unbelievable. It’s a wild journey. My Lucky is still discovering and learning 😂. So glad you were able to save a life, and now she has a furrever home.
